1. Reservation and Rental Requirements: Reservations can be made online through our website or in person at our rental location in Jaipur. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid motorcycle license are mandatory for reservation Renters must be at least 18 years old A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon the bike's return in the same condition

2. Pickup and Return: Pick-Up: Bikes can be picked up at our rental location during operating hours or can be delivered to you with an additional charge. An orientation on bike operation and safety will be provided upon pick-up. Return: Bikes must be returned to our rental location on or before the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may result in additional charges of Rs 100 per hour

3. Bike use and Operations: Prohibited Uses: Bikes cannot be used for rallies, competitions, or any illegal activities. Operating a bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

4. Condition of the Bike: Initial Inspection: Renters are responsible for inspecting the bike's condition at the time of pick-up. Any existing damages should be reported to our staff. Maintenance: Regular maintenance and wear and tear are covered by Palm Bike Rental. Major damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

5. Insurance: Liability: Liability for damages and accidents is outlined in the rental agreement. Insurance coverage details will be provided during the orientation.

6. Cancellation Policy: Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees. Cancelling 48 hours before the ride, 50% refund. Cancelling less than 48 hours before the ride, no refunds 7. Safety Matters: Speed Guidelines: Follow speed guidelines as exceeding limits may be monitored through GPS tracking. Safety Gear: Helmets must be worn at all times during bike operation. 8. Indemnity: Indemnification: Renters agree to indemnify and hold Palm Bike Rental harmless for any liabilities arising during the rental period. 9. Governing Law: Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts. You will be charged a following fee on losing/damaging the products, papers: Helmet: Rs 1000 RC: Rs 400 Insurance: Rs 600 Vehicle: Rs 25000 By renting a bike from Palm Bike Rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
